A Talk on Lean Startup and Customer Development by Bader Young Entrepreneurs Program
Lean Startup methodology is the current best practice in the technology startup world. With its emphasis on quick prototyping and early interaction with customers, it has become the standard way Silicon Valley founders think and act.
The talk will go through Learn Startup fundamentals as well as link them with Customer Development principles.
In addition, emphasis won't just be about what to do. Instead, insights and examples will be provided about how NOT to apply lean techniques, with time spent illustrating common mistakes entrepreneurs fall for.
In a highly competitive and risky startup environment, lean techniques are an essential framework for any serious entrepreneur.
The talk will be delivered by Fadi Bizri, the Managing Director at Bader Young Entrepreneurs Program.

About Fadi
Previously, he was a Founding Member of Seeqnce, a top-ranked technology
accelerator and the first of its kind in Lebanon. Seeqnce has been featured in
The Economist, The Wall Street Journal and TechCrunch.
At Seeqnce, Fadi co-created the Seeqnce Accelerator Program, modeled after
Silicon Valley best practices yet adapted to Arab World challenges. As part of
the core management team, his work resulted in the creation of successful

Previous web/mobile work includes iSpicePhotos.com, an iPad app that created
new experiences and visualizations around a user's Facebook photos, and Ynak.net,
a location-based iPhone app to help friends effortlessly meet up.
