She contributed in the organisation of the First HR Summit in Lebanon in April 2013. The event hosted 18 international speakers & more than 100 attendees.
Randa is also an instructor at Saint Joseph University (USJ) since 2008, she teaches two HR Management graduate courses related to HR KPIs & Job Analysis.
She holds 3 university degrees; a DESS / Master's degree in Human Resources Management from USJ, a Bachelor & Teaching degree in Industrial Psychology as well as a BA in Business emphasis Advertising & Marketing.
