About the Facilitator: Rita Rizk
An experienced HR Business Partner and a professional Corporate Coach, Rita has materialized her vision through Tamayyaz. As the Managing Director, she ensures that her team of experts constantly helps participants achieve sustainable results.
Rita is a qualified Occupational Psychologist and a Certified Psychometric Assessor from the British Psychology Society and a Certified European test user in Work and Organizational Assessment from EFPA. She is also a certified Myers-Briggs (MBTI) coach and practitioner, DDI (USA) competences for facilitation, Novation (USA) for talent development, 360 degrees (UK) coach and a certified Train the Trainer from 360 (USA). She is currently working with national and international companies and organizations throughout the Middle East and Africa to train and develop their senior leaders for the future.
Rita is a passionate and highly respected leader and coach that uses her education and experience to support a range of proven diagnostic techniques and practical exercises that help participants achieve real behavioural change. She succeeded as HR Manager with Chevron Al-Khaleej to drive the Change process transforming the company organization and culture. This lead to Chevron Inc. retaining Rita as a certified coach and a Learning and Development consultant.
Rita has extensive experience in the design and successful implementation of HR frameworks and Leadership Programs across different cultures throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In the Middle East, she has run various programs targeting existent and future Leaders. She has a deep understanding of the Arabic culture and the challenges faced by individuals in the workplace, and has the passion to help them release their full potential.
