Overview:
Change is a constant variable in our lives. All around us technology, processes, people, ideas, and methods are changing and affecting the way we perform daily tasks. The key for any organization is to make change an opportunity rather than a threat. This requires developing strategies to execute smooth transitions.
The Change Management workshop will give leaders the tools to implement change effectively so that positive outcomes are embraced and achieved. This workshop will also provide participants with an understanding of how change is experienced and equip them to manage a constructive response to change.

About the Trainer - Mr. Rabih Kfoury:
Rabih brings more than 9 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management and Organization Management. He is the Human Resources Program Manager for CIS Group. Exposed to different countries as Lebanon, USA, MENA Region, African Continent, France, UK, UAE, Iran, KSA and Qatar, as well as different industries. Rabih delivered many internal training through his career in Human Resources, Leadership and Soft skills.
