Overview:
Facilitation is often referred to as the new cornerstone of management philosophy. It helps create comfortable work environments by establishing consistent and efficient decision making processes.
The Facilitation Skills workshop will help any organization acquire the skills and strategies to make better decisions. Participants will gain an understanding of why facilitation is crucial to organizations in order to achieve big results out of even small meetings. Learning the techniques that allow a facilitator to command a room and dictate the pace of a meeting will accelerate participants on the road to becoming great facilitators themselves.

- Tuckman and Jensen’s Model of Team Development
- Building consensus
- Reaching a decision point
- Dealing with difficult people
- Addressing group dysfunction
- Intervention techniques
The Training Includes:
- Hands-on training from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Training manual which includes material, exercises, and case studies
- Coffee break
About the Trainer - Mr. Rabih Kfoury:
Rabih brings more than 9 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management and Organization Management. He is the Human Resources Program Manager for CIS Group. Exposed to different countries as Lebanon, USA, MENA Region, African Continent, France, UK, UAE, Iran, KSA and Qatar, as well as different industries. Rabih delivered many internal training through his career in Human Resources, Leadership and Soft skills.
