Employee Motivation

Employee Motivation
Overview:
When you think of staff motivation, many incentives may come to mind: more money, a bigger office, a promotion, or a better quality of life. The truth is, however, that true motivation will not fully inspire an individual unless it comes from within. Regardless of how one chooses to characterize it, there is no substitute for achieving balanced approaches to promoting a motivated workforce.
The Employee Motivation workshop will give participants several types of tools to become great motivators. These include goal setting and influencing skills.
