Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback in its worldwide local clubs.

The organization was founded by Ralph C. Smedley on October 22, 1924, in California, United States.

Throughout its history, Toastmasters has served more than 345,000 members in 142 countries, through attending one of the 15,900 clubs that make up their global network of meeting locations.

Toastmasters Lebanon was introduced back in 2005 where the first Toastmasters club was established. Ever since, Toastmasters Lebanon has grown as a non-profit organization in the country to include 4 clubs chartered under the international organization, and serve more than a 100 members across Lebanon.
