Gebran Tueni Foundation was established in December 2010 by family members: Myrna El-Murr Abu Charaf, Lina Ghariyos, Siham Tueni, Nayla Tueni and Michelle Tueni, for socio-cultural purposes, namely to support the dreams of the youth. The Gebran Tueni Foundation also includes honorary members who were friends of Gebran Tueni and close to him. These members, who enrich the foundation with their presence and ideas, are Leila Solh Hamadeh, Boutros Harb, Robert Ghanem, Ali Ghandour, Marwan Hamadeh, Michel El-Murr, Amine Maalouf, Patrick Forestier, Randa Takieddine, Walid Abboud, Nabil Bou Mounsef, Abdo Chakhtoura, Rose Choueiry,Sami Khayat and Ghassan Hajjar.

It also has a Board of Trustees composed of Shirine Abadallah, Samir Tueni, Sabine Boutros, Ziad Tueni, Bassam Tueni, Roula Mouawad, Joseph Bou Nassar, Wadih Tueni, Ghassan Khnaisser, Samir Abdel Masih, Zeina Bassil Chamoun, Michel Sayegh, Imad Tueni and Khalil Chammas.
