About LBCF
The Lebanese Breast Cancer Foundation (LBCF) is a leading not-for-profit organization established in 2011 with a mission to create awareness and improve early detection in breast cancer as well as to support needy breast cancer patients all over Lebanon. Dr. Nagi Saghir is the founder and honorary president and Mrs. Mirna Sabbah Hoballah, breast cancer survivor, is the president of the foundation.
LBCF works in close cooperation with NKBCI – Naef K. Basile Cancer Insitute at the AUBMC.
LBCF is dedicated to spreading knowledge and raising awareness about breast cancer for the general population and providing education and support for breast cancer patients. LBCF also aims to support research to improve the treatment of breast cancer patients.
LBCF participates in a variety of events and initiates awareness campaigns for breast cancer and has published a booklet: "Knowledge, Road Map to Cure".
