The Concept!

The letter "i" in "i Lead" and the word inspirational in "Inspirational Leadership" indicates the interdependence of Leadership.

To inspire and to be inspired, one has to be in tune with the internal and the external.
One is not dependent to the other and one is not independent from the other.

They co-exist in interdependence.

Same applies to Leadership. Leadership is a phenomenal that express itself from the other, yet it comes from within.

Leadership is an interdependence between the self and the other.
- it begins with the "i" as a personal leadership
- and it elaborates itself in the other and become an "inspiration" to even more leadership.
