Former Miss Lebanon (2002), Bethany Kehdy made the switch to food, penning the award-winning cookbook  (#thejewelledkitchen) with her second cookbook #thejewelledtable to follow in September. She has been coined by celebrity chefs as ‘a champion of Middle Eastern food’ and recognised by Monocle Magazine as Lebanon’s culinary ambassador. She regularly hosts press trips under the patronage of The Lebanese Ministry of Tourism (#tastelebanon). She is also the founder of the boutique culinary tourism company by the same name, Taste Lebanon. Bethany spends her time writing cookbooks and developing restaurant concepts as well and hosting supperclubs around the world.
