A 'Free of Charge' Training Program that aims to move people from all walks of life and work on their physical wellbeing and mental health.

The 510 Training Program has been going for 5 years where more than 3,000 first time FEMALE runners have crossed the finish line and became 10 KM Runners.

89% of all participants took on running as a permanent sports & lifestyle & have gone to train further and become long distance runners.

The Training Program is open to females only from all nationalities and above the age of 14 yrs old. In 2023, we will be training more than 800 new female runners for the 10 KM Race which will take place on the 19th of March 2023.

We will have teams lead by female coaches in more than 20 regions all over Lebanon to ensure the reach locally.

Once you register, you will be added to a whatsapp group by your selected coach closer to the first run and all communication will be sent through this group.
