Are you planning on participating in Polyathlon Des Cèdres & Polyliban 2018? Then join us on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018 for a try out ride in Shouf & Aley villages to get ready, meet other cyclists and auto-evaluate yourself before the big challenge

Level: DIFFICULT to ADVANCED (with steep uphills and downhills)

07:00 Meeting in Deir El Qamar entrance next to Lebanese Red Cross for registration and bikes check-up

VERY IMPORTANT
- Make sure to have a consistent breakfast before the ride
- Every cyclist should be in FULL AUTONOMY with his/her own Water, Snacks, Bike repair tools, and Extra tubes
